Let's
make
music!
Every child is an artist until he's told he's not an artist.

The Suzuki Approach
Dr. Shinichi Suzuki is responsible for this life-changing approach to music education. The Seven Principles of the Suzuki Method are: 1. Every child can learn (yes, every single one) 2. Ability develops early (you talk to your baby, don't you?) 3. Environment nurures growth (an untended garden will not produce) 4. Children learn from one another (we use a one-room schoolhouse approach) 5. Success breeds success (small steps + time + positive environment = love of learning) 6. Parental involvement is critical (the parent is the first and most important teacher) 7. Encouragement is essential (loving, positive reinforcement grows confidence)
